A popular teenager was found in a pool of blood just metres from his home in the early hours of New Year's Day, an inquest heard.
Michael Male, 19, of Lower Addiscombe Road, Croydon, spent New Year’s Eve partying in Oceania nightclub, Kingston, but after being dropped off only a short distance from his home, at around 4.20am, was discovered unconscious in a pool blood just 20 minutes later.

A loving pet abandoned at a railway station has had a happy ending after he was placed with a new owner.
Bull Mastiff mutt Tyler was facing an uncertain future when he was tied up at Surbiton station with just a bag of his belongings and letter from his owner.
The hand-written note, seemingly scribbled down in a hurry, explained how his owner had become homeless and could no longer afford to look after him.

Andrew Percival, 38, got the 14-year-old drunk on wine, which he had encouraged her to steal from a nearby Tesco supermarket, before he attacked her in Alexandra Park, Tolworth, on April 24.
