Founded in 2005 by Cool Chile Co, Taquería serves traditional, regional fillings on soft corn tortillas made daily by our big tortilla machine El Monstruo, right here in London. Fresh corn tortillas are paired with Mexican chiles, sustainable fish, free-range eggs, chicken and pork, plus organic milk and double cream to make tacos de la plancha, al carbón or de la cazuela, plus almuerzo specials such as chilaquiles, enchiladas and huevos rancheros. ¡Qué rico!
