Fitness can sometimes be the last thing on a mum to be's mind! Particulary as pregnancy may leave you feeling tired or a little ‘fragile'.
Is residing to the sofa with cake my only option?
How can I get my body back..my energy...and where have my stomach muscles gone??
These are all dilemmas which were faced by us - Prenatal, Postnatal fitness specialists. So we understand exactly what other mums to be and new mums feel.
But we wanted to feel, look and be the Beez Kneez from pregnancy to after the baby!So we devised a plan and programme to help mainitain fitness in pregnancy and spring back into shape after the baby.
And we used this same programme for our clients to get them results. A programme which provides an enjoyable and enlightening experience whilst understanding the different needs and challenges of mums to be and new mums at a very exciting yet life changing time.

I followed the Beez Kneez nutrition and exercise programme personalised for me. I soon began to have more energy and feel fitter. The weight has come off slowly but surely and without deprivation.
In fact my diet is probably the healthiest it's ever been with the emphasis being on loads of vegetables and fruit and minimal processed or sugary foods. I've been disciplined with exercise and found a routine, which fits my busy lifestyle (Mum, 3 children, part time job etc).
I've lost over a stone in the last 6 months and have reached my target weight. This is a real personal success and a great confidence booster."
